We recently shared some links that might be helpful for those interested in considering the ancient scriptural basis for temple worship in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The following videos also explore some of these concepts as well. The videos include the points of view of both Mormon and non-Mormon scholars about the law of sacrifice, parts of the ancient temple, the Savior’s upbringing and ministry in the temple, the rending of the veil at the Savior’s death, and many other topics. The second video also discusses the first temples of the latter-day dispensation.
