First, I am so sad for your losses. I think many women can relate to the description of grief Chantal gave in part one. But part 2 was astonishing! I was amazed at the path your lives took and how things fell together in Japan. When I visited the Hope Arising website I was very, very impressed with the work you two have done. But my favorite part of the post was the quote by Joseph Smith. That matched the feel of your "hope arising" so well. Thank you for sharing this powerful message and for your work in Ethiopia. Living in an area occasionally stricken with droughts, I've prayed for rain many times. But, I never expected it to come through the aid of two women from another country!
