Email is a great way to send and receive information over the internet. However, since there are many different email and webmail clients, the steps to open an account are different. To learn how to create a new email account in different programs, choose from the list below and follow the instructions.

Google Gmail
Go to the Gmail website.
Click at the bottom of the login screen

Open an internet browser and go to Outlook.com.

Enter your name and then click the button

Select a country, enter your date of birth and then click the button

Choose a country code, enter a phone number, and then click

Enter the access code and click the button

Navigate through the rest of the prompts and your account will be opened.

Yahoo! post
To access Yahoo! Mail you must have a Yahoo! Here’s how.
Go to the Yahoo!
Fill in the required fields (A) and then click the button Continue (B).

MicrosoftOutlook

This guide only works with Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013.
Open Outlook.
In the Add Account Setup window, ensure that the The circle next to Email Account is filled in.
Fill out the form and then click the button

Once the setup process is complete, Check the box next to Change account settingsand then click the button

Click on More settings…
Click the button Advanced tab.
Next to Root Folder Path: Type Inbox.
Click on OKand then End.

Mozilla Thunderbird
Open Thunderbird.
Click Toolsand then select Account settings in the drop down menu that appears.
Click on the circle next to Email account and then Click next.
Enter your name and an email address that you want to use.
Choose POP or IMAP for your server.
Give her Email-address for incoming and outgoing usernames and then Click next.
Choose an account name.
Then verify your account information click Done.
Choose an outgoing server.
