Why can’t I further shrink my partition?
Windows doesn’t allow you to shrink the volume because there are still system files at the very end of the volume, e.g. a paging file, a hibernation file, or a system volume information folder. The solution is to temporarily disable hibernation, paging file as well as system restore feature.
